Cutest Pet Photo Contest Rules

Contest Rules:

Cutest Pet Coworker Photo Contest is a photo contest on WRSI, WHMP, WLZX-HD2 and WLZX-HD3. Listeners are invited to submit photos between August 3, 2020 12 am and August 7, 2020 11:59 pm. Any photo you submit must be taken by you.   One entry allowed per household. Any attempt to enter more than once per household will disqualify all entries from that household. You must have permission from any people appearing in photos before you submit them.  All pets in submitted photos must belong to the submitter. Photos will be posted via the Aptivada platform on all station web sites: wrsi.com, whmp.com, hits943.com and pureoldies.com.

Participants entering this contest via any of the four station web sites will be competing for the same prizes.

You may enter only one photo in this contest per household. Users will be able to register and vote for their favorite pictures. Voting begins August 8, 2020 at 12am and ends August 13, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Listeners can vote once per day during the voting round.  Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address.  If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, WRSI, WHMP,  WLZX-HD2 and WLZX-HD3 reserve the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion.

The top vote getter in each category – cutest cat, cutest dog and cutest other pet – wins the prize. If two or more photos receive the same number of votes, station staff will break the tie. You may vote for any photo once per day. The prize for each category winner is a $100 gift card to Smithland Supply.

WRSI, WHMP, WLZX-HD2 and WLZX-HD3 contests are open to all eligible Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire residents age 18 or older have not won anything on WRSI, WHMP,  WLZX-HD2 or WLZX-HD3 in the past 14 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WRSI, WHMP, WLZX-HD2 or WLZX-HD3, Saga Communications of Northampton, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WRSI, WHMP,  WLZX-HD2 and WLZX-HD3 main studios are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Prizes will be awarded to the three winners on 8/14/20 and must be picked up at the station offices, 15 Hampton Ave., Northampton, within 14 days of notification.
